DeLuxe fresh air heater

I just came across a big COE truck with a decent looking fresh air heater in it ($40). My truck is a 1950 3100 model, I don't know what year the COE truck is. My question is...Did the bigger trucks use the same heater as the 3100 series? Thanks for any assistance,

Its very likely the heater is the same. These old trucks used the same cabs for many different applications.
