I'm happy to have been a Chevy Duty customer since 1996, but new to the 'board.
I'm looking at buying a '53 3800 and wondering what the difference is between its frame, and say a frame from the series. I know the sheetmetal is the same up to 1.5 ton.
Does anyone have a resource that shows frame dimensions? I'm going to buy a service manual when I purchase the truck, as well as look for an assembly manual. I love information.
