I want to do the disk brake upgrade on my 57. I think I understand it, I want a kit with out a booster MC for a 6 lug or a separate MC for front disk and rear drum braking. I will also need a proportional value to accommodate the two different brake systems
I keep reading that the 15 inch wheel may not give enough clearance for the calipers and that’s what I have. Do I have to get spacers to get the clearance and any idea of what size and who sells them. I really don’t want to change the wheels on the truck.
Let me know if you can your different experiences with various kits that are out there
