distributor

Thanks to everyone's help in here, I am making great progress on the truck. I have a couple of things left before "lift off" day..the day I fire it up. (Gonna move it outta the garage first....just...in...case....)


How do I get the distributor out ? I am going to replace it, then drop in a pertronix ingnitor and new coil.
I took the bolt out and it doesn't budge. The engine turns freely.

 

Should be able to wiggle and pull and it should come out.

 

You may also have to turn the rotor shaft by hand counterclockwise as you are wiggling and pulling the distributor out.
