We've came to the point where we're going to install Bear claw latches on my panel, and we found that two of my hinges are pretty sloppy. I've looked in LMC ( they only have 55-59 hinges I believe), and googled it a few times and still haven't found anything useful. I was wondering if yall have any helpful information, or a place where I can get new ones. Thanks alot!

Some one used to sell exchange re-bushed ones , you drill 'em out a little bit and insert oversized pins....

The trick is to drill them true else they'll bind forevermore...

CP does rebuild pins and bushes for your hinges, takes a little time to do but its worthwhile, my hinges are real snug now, no play at all, and boy were they worn before, had to re metal the holes in the brackets as the pins had worn the holes into slots!
