door trouble

I need some advice on getting drivers door to close properly. I have new cab mounts, new door rubber, rebuilt hinges.Also added shims and removed cab shims. What happens is when you close the door from out side it will latch. But when I get in (200 lbs.) I can;t latch it.

Just change out the crappy original latches for those fancy (and much safer) new latches that Russ gets for us at a discount.
