This weekend after shaving the door handles, I thought I had better make sure the solenoids would pull the latch. I put the weatherstrips back on it that were on the truck when I got it, at the time I got the truck the weatherstrip was out of place in some spots and the door already required a little extra effort to get it closed, but they still feel quite soft. Anyway, I got them all back in place and could not get the door closed on either side. Anybody had a similar experience? Do I have something out of whack, or even though the weatherstrip is soft, it is still just old and stiff enough to be the problem? Also I see that ##### truck parts offer a two piece weatherstrip that goes on the door rather than on the cab. I haven't seen these on any trucks, are they an "aftermarket" thing or did they come from the factory with them, are they worth the extra money?
    Thanks in advance!
