door window question

I have a 63, the driver side window is missing. I got a new glass, but I have no idea what other parts make up the contraption. I see the regulator, but there has the be some kind of channel that the glass sets in right? Does anyone know if there is a place to get all the workings without the glass, or is it something that I can pull out of another truck(I have access to many donors)?

Pull a donor driver side door apart and familiarize yourself with the assembly. The '60-'63 Chevy/GMC truck doors are the same, so all of the parts are interchangeable. Some of the factory door glass had a metal wrap, so that is the only thing you need to be aware of. Good luck and Happy Holidays.
