several years ago i cut 3/4 of a turn off the front springs and got about 3 1/2 inch drop. and with special drop shocks it drove ok not like a new caddy but ok. now i am thinking i want a better ride. i have looked at a couple different spindles but need some input and advice. also i would like to get as much positive caster as i can get.

I really don't believe in cutting springs. Springs are designed by professionals and don't hold up to the same ratings when cut. A new pair of shorter springs with the same rating is the best bet.

Check out a good BellTech kit. that's what's on mine, 4" all around..
