This is a company that will make disc brakes for anything no matter how off beat and at 1/2 the price of others. They start with brackets for under $100 and let you gather the parts from salvage yards or parts stores (they furnish a list) right up to complete disc conversion kits which are around $350 turn key. This is half price or less and the parts are of very good quality. They are now making rotors that fit onto the factory brake drum hub so there is no bearing fit problems. You may have to grind off some bumps, like rivet heads or wheel mount guide pins, but they give instructions for that also. In some cases the hub lug bolt flange has to be turned down some on a lathe but this is a very simple machine operation which should not cost much. I told Zig I'd dig through my paper work to find the name since it is unusual. http://www.scarebird.com/
Thanks, evan!!! You the MAN! I certainly appreciate the info! I can't wait to have a little more time to check into this! I guess things happen for a reason. I'm glad I haven't rushed any decisions. This sounds like the ticket to my "6-lug-keep-the-original-wheel" problem! Thanks, Evan!
