I have read that not all 1977 350 k10s came equipped with this valve. Does anyone know if this is true. My truck does not have one and I can't see that it ever did. My dad is the original owner and I don't believe he would have removed it. He is not around anymore to confirm.
The truck is a 4 speed. Any thoughts on how to confirm. GM simply says it had one according to their records- which aren't specific to my truck of course.
This is related to trying to pass smog in California.
