Engine numbers

I've found these numbers on the block of a 1953 3100 that I'm going to be acquiring. Can anyone assist me in determining what they mean for this truck or engine?

I used to use the factory shop manuals to discern what engine was which but mostly just looking at the whole engine tells the story .

Those are the casting production numbers and can be decoded to indicate the where and when (date) this cylinder block were casted .

Just post some good pictures of both sides of the engine, someone will know .
