My old exhaust pipe is run under all the crossmembers and each place is pretty crimped down from bottoming out. Will this cause problems until I can get it fixed? Also right now I have a 292 L6 w/ manual transmission. I want to eventually get a 350 V8 and auto trans. If I redo the exhaust prior to the upgrade will it still fit afterwards or should/can I run it for the auto to start with? And did you guys run it under or over when you did yours?

    Thanks, Matt.

Unless the pipe is REALLY flattened out it should not be a real problem.

If you are going to do a V8 Swap, wait till after it's done to do the exhaust.
