The Camaro/Firebird rears are getting scarce so the Explorer rear is probably going to get a lot of attention. It's a leaf spring rear end with a number of gear ratios and either open or limited slip but one of the most appealing features is it has the E-brake shoes inside the rear disc rotor with the E-brake cable running out the front of the dust shield (backing plate) just like old trucks. It is 59" hub to hub vs the AD 61" so either wheels can be bought with 1" less back spacing or 1" spacers/adapters used. If wanting to keep the 6 lug pattern or make the same as what is on the front just order the right adapter that is 1" thick. Picture shows a 50 with 235/75/R15 tires which rub the bed but has room to be moved outward. Rear suspension has been changed but this doesn't change the rear end clearances.
