Extended 1964 carryall?

    That's a 1 ton panel truck, with the handy-dandy aluminum slider windows installed. Carryall's, the ones' with the REAL windows, only came as the short wheelbase version.

    So, there is no such thing as an extended carryall correct?

    Not from the factory, no. There were some coach builders that stretched 1 ton panels, added windows, a roof rack and a bazillion seats. Those were used, in very few numbers, for airport shuttle type functions.

    There were a lot of different modifications done by coach builders for special needs. Like forestry, ambulance, military, etc etc...

    Looks a lot like it could have been used in the military,Its pretty neet looking anyway...
