Had the manifolds off today took them to the machinist,,he layed a straightedge on them,,,Theyre crooked as hell.
Also showed me where theyre about 1/16th inch thick in some places.
I may as well have bought tube headers. now I have to have all the mating surfaces machined flat so they'll work so much the Chinese crap that looks good.
    darnit, screwed again.
Got some junk fentons here for sale in the parts for sale section,,,good for wall hangers,,super cheap. Any other dual ex. routes to try anybody?? Thankyou,
    Ant

As Ron said, I'd check Joe. Sorry to hear about the waste of $$$ as we all know how many $$$ this hobby can suck out of our wallets.
BTW, WELCOME! You have questions, grips, *photos*? We welcome them all! Hopefully you can find something creative for the ones you bought~

Don't want to mention any names but there is a big vendor in the L.A. area that recently tried to make the Fenton headers & the finished product ended up being pretty crappy.... I heard that out of 1000 castings... only about 250 pairs were able to be salvaged & they decided to dump them on the market anyway.

We only stock the quality grade "A" castings from K.C. Smith Group.

    They only sell to dealers....
They do not sell retail so don't waste your time lookin' for them.

    Fenton headers & manifold.

    Joe

I allready have purchased the Products through my dear friend Patrick Dykes (Patricks). I am in general intrested in cast aluminum/iron Production and maybe KC. Smith Group shows on there web site how they make there aluminum products. Or maybe you have the knowledge to tell me ? Therefore my question !

This is the excact dual setup together with the original Fenton headers i have and i am very pleased with it. ( Picture is to illustrate the setup ).
