Flash All 999 turn signal kit for my 47

Can someone help me diagnose the circuit for this turn signal controller? My signal lights work but the indicator light bulb in the controller does not flash. I have tested the bulb and it does work. How do I test for this problem? Thanks, Ernie

I had the older Signal Stat 900 series on my '49 and I had to run a tiny wire up to the switch and ground it's case .

Pilot Lamp

FWIW ;

When I did that , the green pilot lamp in the T.S. Switch , lit up all the time and flashed only when I used the signals . it didn't bother me...
