Frame Finished and Painted

Well, after tearing the truck down, again, I was able to finish the frame modifications I wanted to make, and was finally able to scuff it down and paint it.

looks great, what modifications did you do and what did you use for paint? more pics of you suspension set up would be appreciated once put back together

I just bought POR15 and was hoping to dive in this fall/winter, can't wait.
 
Thanks! I boxed most of the frame, fabricated and welded a battery mount to passenger rear, transmission cooler mount, exhaust hangers, rear gas tank mounts, and the rear torsion sway bar housing that doubles as a rear crossmember. I used a Nason/Dupont single stage satin that a body shop friend of mine shipped out to me. I'm planning on bolting up the front suspension this weekend if I can survive the heat - it was 118 in my shop yesterday.
 
...parts are going back on the frame slowly, but surely. Final mock ups of engine/trans for driveshaft measurement, and rear-mounted gas tank and battery box and compressor mounts for plumbing...

I would like to see more photos of your suspension set up, looks like you are still runnin the trailing arms but with bags instead of springs, same with the front? BTW, what is that rear end you are using?
 
Thanks...yes, tubular trailing arms and air springs for the rear suspension. Tubular control arms and air springs for the front. I'm still assembling the teflon hoses for the front air lines, so I haven't quite finished assembling the front suspension. The rear end is a leftover Competition Engineering 9-inch housing.
