I have a 1977 K5 Blazer that needs a new frame. What years were the frames interchangable? I think it was 1973-1991 but I just want to make sure

Will someone just give me some sort of reply. I've made 8 posts and no one has replied to a single one.

There was a slight change in frames in '76 or '77 for the floors between the front and rear seats. I think you need a '77 to '91 frame.

I try to help you out do not know the Blazer frames that well if there like the trucks lets say 77-80 now did the frames from 81 -91 get a little bit lighter and change body mounts from the 73-80 years. if you want every thing to bolt right up with out any mods then I would say stay with the 77-80 if you do not want if factory correct set up do not mind a few mods and tweeks go with the newer. That as much help as I can be unless your talking some inner or some of the front body parts. Good luck let use know how it goes or what year you use .
