Fuel Gauge Problem

    I have a 71 C10 and the fuel gauge will only show a 1/4 tank when the tank is full. I have installed a new sending unit but still have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated:confused:

    I was hoping you would get a reply, I have the exact same problem in my 83 C10

    Well I would check + side to the sending unit or the + side from the gauge to the tank. Unless your gauge got a power spike and is no good. Another thing check the
    circuit board to make sure that nothing melted crossed.

    Many fear that an automatic clutch. It is really very simple and painless. Remember that your body is a country boy and excitement of the driver.There are some kids on the floor under the table, too. Be careful when installing anything.
