Fuel Tank Selector Switch

    The fuel tank selector switch is broken such that it can't be re-installed. The plan was to install an aftermarket toggle switch for each tank - simply on/off for LH and on/off for RH. Are there any issues or special considerations with this setup?

    Here is an example of the type of switches we have in mind.

    The only problem I see is the valve does not work it will not cut off the fuel from one tank to the other. That what the sector switch does ( so it's like electric valve . So if you set up some thing like that or run to pumps lines. Might be faster to just get the broken part fixed if ever thing eles works & is good. I beleve most duel tanks have single pump if electric, I guess it depened on how you want it to work.
