Couple of nights ago after the kids went home, I pulled the bad fuel pump and the engine knock that I prayed wasn't a rod bearing stopped...hooray. I called my oldest up to tell him the good news that we didn't have to pull the engine. He neglected to tell all the other kids the news however. When I called yesterday to talk to the kids, my five-year-old daughter gets on the phone and the first thing out of her mouth was, "Dad, is it the fuel pump or the engine"? When I finally stopped laughing and told her it was the fuel pump she says, "Whew, Thank God". She couldn't understand why I couldn't stop laughing again.:D

yes! another truck girl in the making! I love it! I took interest in these old things when I was about that age. I have been hooked ever since. I saved my pennies, and purchased this yellow truck when I was 16 years old. Not to many people buy their dreamcar/truck right off the bat, but I knew what I wanted. This truck has been 10 years worth of great experiences, and many fun times with may dad.
