I am still trying to figure out the best way to relocate my gas tank to under the bed between the frame. I found a jeep tank from a 80 CJ5 that looks good, but was wondering if anyone knows if a tank from a 87-91 blazer will fit. I am really ready to do this, and don't want to jump the gun and do something stupid.. thanks.

Just found a gas tank from a 60-66 chevy suburban. Will that fit with no modification. GOSH I HOPE SO!!!

I used an early 70's blazer tank (plastic)on my '63, which CD sells. I got mine from a local supplier. It fits perfectly with no modification. The tank is even beveled to fit under the frame cross rails. The sending unit is the wrong ohms, but I took the guts out of an old sending unit, and it worked. Its a 20 gallon tank. Shoot tech1 a line or call and ask. They used to sell the tank, straps and sending unit as a package. I paid about $225 for the whole set up last year.
