    Where can I buy parts for my 228, 1948 GMC motor? And has anyone rebuilt a GMC Truck... Thanks

    Tom,
    Patrick's out of casa Grande az is a great resource for gmc engine parts. I did a complete rebuild of my 228 and got most of my engine parts from him. Very helpful also. Chevy Duty may also be able to help you. www.patricksantiquecars.com
