Had a potential new customer call about upgrading the drivetrain in his 52 flatbed so he could haul at highway speeds. Through the years we have done work for celebrities, very wealthy people, and lots of budget projects where the customer contributed sweat equity but NEVER a truck for one that grows mushrooms. After looking over his truck I got a tour of the mushroom sheds(?). Had to put on exactly the coveralls our painter wears, a head cover, and booties. Walked through a shallow pan of bleach water into a very dark 100% humidity building and there they were: trays and trays of very tiny to ready to ship mushrooms of several varieties. No portabellos darn it.
