Can't believe that Christmas is onlly a week away. With the high's in the 70's today it feels more like labor day. Merry Christmas to all and have a happy New Year.

Wishing all of you the very best holiday season. May it be blessed with good cheer and good times. Very special wishes to Neal, whose dad is not doing well.

Thanks Nate! What a hoot! That's one I'll be sure to send as a gift to others! I too hope yall have a peaceful and safe holiday break. Spend LOTS of time with the one you love. (Nice curves, smooth skin, rock-hard body, -even though she may be up to 58 years old... okay, THAT thought kinda' ruined the moment) Be sure to say high to your family, too!
Really- thanks for putting up with me and helping me "find my way". I'm just glad I don't have to buy yall presents!

    WHAT? No presents?

That's no way to treat your future neighbor. :( I put your present on your new doorstep last night! ;)

Seriously- yall have been great! (You too Ken:D ) All the best.
My New-Year's resolution: contribute one piece of advice about an AD truck that helps someone else. All my posts and not one thing constructive. You guys on the other hand are tops!

The "Brit's" are a little slow

Dude, you gotta understand, Brit50 is on The King's time! They have their big day on the 26th. It's known as Boxing Day. I don't know for sure, but they either give presents in boxes or go to the pubs and pick a fight (hence "boxing"). Mel or Neil will have to 'plain it to us! As far as the comment about bikes, I need 4 wheels to cruise! (Swore off bikes in 1974 in Sardis, Mississippi) and i'm a man of my word!

    Swore off bikes

I'm trying to do the same Ken. No takers on my bike as of yet. But when they do that new air suspension and four link is on it's way.

I can say that I don't know much about what other cultures and countries celebrate but I do know that Christmas just isn't for us American's but for all of us. Jesus was born and died for all of us in the world, not just us over here. So whatever you guys celebrate over there then Merry Christmas to all. Okay enough preaching now.

    Ah ;

' Boxing Day ' was for the servants , a day after the masters had thier Chritmas celebrations , look it up .

Didja know? we all have ornaments on our trees because Prince Albert (who was from Germany) did so and the Brit commoners copied that and of course we Colonists hadda follow them....

So , you guys like christmas music do ya ? listen to this one then :

    No Bike = No LIFE

    I'm sorry that happened , may I ask why ? .

Due to breaking my back , I had to stop riding my beloved vintage Harleys ('37EL KnuckleHead & 65FL PanHead) but I still ride , lightweights ya know

BTW : I think the flaming bag of doody is the perfect Christmas gift ! :D

    thanks to a rice burner...

i can now predict a cold front 2 days in advance courtesy of a Kawasaki 100 dirt bike which turned me every which way but loose! Blew out my knee. And i don't know why they call them heat shields, it's more like heat transfers. I landed on the ground first, shortly followed by the bike. I know what cattle feel like when they get branded. I love bikes, but you won't see me on one!

    Thanks, Nate.
That all seemed really familiar to me for some reason. Let's see, I have a pickup truck and I paid for a John Deere cap and they threw a tractor in for free. Me and Leroy are probably kin.

I want to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas. I hope that your family and friends are near and safe. If any of you have loved ones in the war I hope God holds them close.

I have really enjoyed my time in this forum learning about old trucks and the people that work on them. I hope to show some pics of mine soon. I have been held up some due to the end of year slow down for inventory but I should have it back from the painter by mid January at the latest.

    Merry Christmas ya'll,
    Bill
