It's hard to believe that we're putting 2012 under our belts! I guess it's true that time flies when you're having fun! I hope that all of my buddies on this forum enjoy this evening in a safe manner and wake up tomorrow with a renewed vigor to make 2013 the best year ever in everything they do!

Nate, best of luck with your back surgery and the impending birth of #1 grandchild! Hanlon, don't give up, we'll find you another truck! Lord knows I've enjoyed the hunt with you! Zig, give your dad my utmost thanks for giving us the opportunity to pursue our dreams and get that truck done so he can take a ride in it! Evan, thanks for sharing your stories and expertise with us! You've got me through a lot of humps in 6 years. Russ, thanks for the expert documentation and willingness to take the time to document (even though you started too late to help me:p with my build). Joe, thanks for being a parts supplier of geniune GM parts. I know you've made a lot of folks happy!

Most of all, thanks all of you guys with young kids who have instilled a sense of worth into your kids. They are a blessing and our future!

    Ken

Thanks, big brother! I only hope that I have my truck done in time. At the rate I'm going, who knows. No brakes from Santa, so I put a wish list out to my wife, just so she knows how to help...
Happy new years, all. I'm just happy to be along for the ride. Life IS a highway, right? ;)

Ken: Thanks for providing a second set of eyes (and maybe the only brain) on my quest for a replacement. And thanks to Sarah for letting you come out and play.

Gang: I hope all of us have a great new year.

Well Said, Ken. I'd like to echo that. Happy New Year to all my friends at Classic Parts TRalk, and also to the Classic Parts Staff for taking care of my parts needs in such a helpful and professional manner.

Its funny, Plum Hollow is only a few miles from my Grandfather's farm in Boiling Springs, SC...just over 1 hour from me. Jim Tom and the boys are in Shelby, NC, about an hour from me.
