If you have not voted yet be sure to get out there and Vote no matter who you want and where. Don't let the local garbage get to you as has been the case here where I live. Local Council race here has been Nasty and it is not party against party it is Republican against each other, our whole Council has been Republican for years and this time they are cutting each other deep and long and often. Friendships that has lasted years are in toilet, sad.

But anyway get out there and Vote, Thanks for doing so those that do.

Great Post! Voting is such a priveledge, yet many folks don't take advantage of it.

A vote sends a direct message to the government about how a citizen wants to be governed.

Did you know that only 58% of eligible voters actually cast their ballots in the 2008 presidential election? Just a little over half the folks, and yet that figure represents the highest percentage since 1958.

I always think about all the brave souls that lost their lives, or that have been wounded, defending our hopes and dreams. Makes me feel obligated to vote because of their sacrifices.

Have a great day and please exercise your priveledge and freedom. Heck, ya never know who you might see there! :D
