My father used to race cars and had a four point, over the shoulders and across the lap seatbelt. Any ideas on where to find seatbelts like this which would fit in in my '64 C10 pick-up?

Well you can't just throw a 4 point belt system in. They need to be anchored to something. Look at the way race cars have theirs installed. Most, if not all, are attached to the roll cage. Unless you have a roll cage in your truck you won't find a system that will just install with hand tools.

Even regular lap belts should be installed with a anchor system that will not pull up through the floor pan during a collision. Julianos sell such a lap belt anchor. I used them on the belis AND the seat mounts just to be on the safe side.

If you have your heart set on it, check out Summit Racing's web site for 4-point harness.
But,,, with out the proper anchors the harness will be for looks only and be of no added value in a collision.

You'll need to fabricate a top mount for the belts. You'll need to relocate the gas tank for room.

Valintine And Drabo Are Correct, Ive Installed Several 5 Point Seat Belts In My Drag Cars And You MUST Have A Roll Cage, The Roll Cage Needs To Be Mounted To The Frame, Otherwise, Like Dvalintine Said, The Anchor Bolts Will Rip Right Throu And It Will Be No Better Then Having No Seatbelt At All.

Is your truck one with the small back glass? If it is then you could do what we did for a 3 point shoulder strap type belt only extend the anchor plate far enough for another mount point. We cut a strip out of the outer skin and formed a 1/4" x 4" plate to fit behind the inside skin and weld to the rear window opening and the door pillar. On the custom cab the "Custom" trim on the rear pillar hides most of the welds where the cut out strip is reinstalled. I know it's stronger than the human body so anymore strength than that is over kill. I think someone is offering a kit for this now.
