    :) howziit guys!

unable to lock-in the shaft and knob into the switch.

seems like a design error; the only way to re-engage would be to dis-assemble again, and re-position the internals onto the release lever...

Orrrr, drill a hole in the back,so i can use a paper clip to push the internals into position.

Question: is the retainer inside the switch BEVELED, to accept the "arrowhead" shape of the shaft?

if it is, and i installed the retainer backwards, that would explain why the shaft has difficulty ramming itself into LOCK position...when the internals are in the HEADLIGHTS OFF position.

thanks for help, if anybody knows.

if no help, i'll find the answer myself, and share with you guys.}> }> }>

IF you just stick the shaft in without pushing in the button sometimes it screws up the latch that holds in the shaft. If thats the case you might need to get another switch. If thats not the case call our sales staff and we will work it out with you.
