I recently installed the fenton headers with the dual carb setup in my 49 chevy truck. I have one question about the heat plate. I was able to find a heat plate with only one port with the heat tube. Do I need the heat plate with both ports or can I get by with just one. if both ports are needed can I tee off the other one or do need to the plate with two holes? I was not able to find a heat plate with 2 holes. your help is appreciated.

You should be OK in the DFW area with just one tube.
