Heater control Assembly

My new project is a 60 chevy stepside. There is no heater or ducts etc in the truck but there is a heater core inside the cab. The cover plate on the dash and the firewall appear original. Could that be stock? I plan to install a heat and ac unit but all the kits appear to use the existing in-dash control assembly. I just have the cover plate. So i'm looking for the 4 lever assembly control unit, can anyone help?

You can also try Tony Smith. He deals mostly in 64-66 trucks, but also has a lot of stuff for 60-63's. Good luck.
