I have a fresh air heater in my '49 1/2/ton. I have the valve installed on the firewall, but it doesn't seem to be working. It always blows hot no matter which way I turn it. I got it from Classic Parts and it's been like this since I put it in. I'm wondering if I installed it correctly. I have an assembly book and hooked it up like they showed. Thanks.
