Id Set The Cab And Bed Back On The Frame At The Origanal Stance, Then Make All Your Measurments, Then Lift It And Keep It The Same, Or, Measure How Far Apart Your Body Mounts On The Frame Are And Make The Mounting Area On The Cab And Bed The Same Distance. When You Lift The Bed And Cab Straight Up And Add Brackets Or Blocks, The Bottom Of The Block Should Be Right On The Mounting Bracket On The Frame, And The Top Of The "block" Should Have The Cab/bed Resting On It. Just Line It Straight Up From The Origanal Stance.

    Hopefully this is helpful.
