Yes, they call em garbage bears up here. Empty your bird feeders too. The amazing thing about the Arkansas one is that Crockett's grandson is only 5!! We had one in our camp 5yrs ago..............left our camp and went and ate the neighbors steaks from his cooler. One tore the end open in our next door neighbors camper too, lookin for food. Neighbor witnessed an old Polish lady wailing on a bear with an aluminum lawn chair while the bear was trying to get in her cooler..........yelling in a thick accent...."ya son of a beech.......you not a takin my coolah!!"..........said it was hilarious....wish I could have seen that one!
Your neighbor should have gotten some footage of that. Could have gotten some $$$ on that funny video show.
Yes, that would have won. I have another I should have gotten on film...............when the red squirrel got loose in our Buick with the whole family in it driving down the road. I was driving , my wife was in the pass seat and our three girls were in the back seat. It started with one daughter saying "uh, dad,there's something looking at me from under your seat!!!!" At that instant the thing came flyin out and started bouncing off everyone and everything while ALL the girls are screaming at the top of their lungs! All the doors fly open at 50mph and I pull over. It disappears..and I say "he won't come out again, you scared the crap out of it". I get going again and it happens all over!! Arms are flailing, doors are open, everyone is screaming (cept me) , no one is steering the car and we are headed for the ditch. I guarantee that if caught on film, it could win the all time funniest home video. It was the funniest pinball machine you'd ever see...............
