this is the horn setup on my grandpa's truck. thought this was an interesting way to mount them. anybody know if this was a standard thing or not?? i thought there was one horn that mounts near the carburator somewhere?? and does anybody know about getting brackets for installing horns? i have horns, but there wasn't originally any on my truck. looking for a way to mount them. do i have to fabricate something???

DeLuxe Acessory Horns

These are not the GM truck acessory horns but I bet they sound neat ! this typ of ' ram's horn ' design makes for a nice loud but pleasing tone .

The relay is _critical_ as the amperage draw of two horns will burn up the contact slip ring in the steering wheel quickly .

As mentioned , you can hang these unde the upper baffle plate to hide them and make more " toot " go outside and less echoing 'round in the cab with you .

I'd keep 'em .
