Please tell me how to fill the rear end with oil?. I see two bolts on the torque tube. Can I add 90w oil in one of those holes?

On the rear of the ' Derby ' cover you should see a flat , raised square filler plug .
Clean around it very well then remove with a _LARGE_ crescent wrench
Uaing the wrong tool here will simply chew up the filler plug .
Be gentle with the fiber gasket as it's delicate and took me a couple days to find one last time .
Slowly add Hypoid gear oil untill it burps back out the filler hole , then re-install the filler plug and you're good to go .
Expect the oil oil to be very stinky . IIRC the pumpkin can be drained by removing the center bottom derby cover bolt .
The tranny filler pug is on the right side of the tranny , about 2/3 the way up from the bottom .
ALWAYS REMOVE THE FILLER PLUG FIRST ! then drain the tranny .
When re-filling the tranny , it is important to have the truck level and go slowly as the oil needs to flow through the rear output bearing and fill the u-joint cavity a little bit .

Is the "Derby Cover" forward of the axle hsg? I have two plugs and a drain hole, they are not square plugs. Both on top are 1/2" bolts. My garage is between 30 & 40 degrees most of the time, so I'm not sure I will smell the oil.
I have already found the tranny filler plug and filled it.

No ~ the filler in on the back side of the pumpkin ~ DO NOT fiddle with those square headed bolts ! .
BTW : a " Derby Cover " is by definition a cover that is removable to acess the inner workings of a mechanical device ~ it's usually shaped more or less like an inverted dinner plate , or like a flattened Derby .
(Derby is a hat I assume you all knew)

I was born & raised in Vermont & I don't remember anyone wearing a hat that looked like an inverted dinner plate.
As a novice it's nice to know that you always answer questions regardless of how trivial they are.
Thankyou for your help. I truly appreciate the feedback.
Now for another question: Do spark plug wires need to be a certain length? I bought a set of radio suppression wires from Patricks that need to be cut & crimped.

No problem Ken , the Derby Hat is quite deep....
I'd return thos crappy plug wires and get a set of non resistor copper core ones like it needs .
You're supposed to run either resistor plugs -or- resistor wires , not both and since finding non resistor spark plugs these days is impossible , I'd go buy two sets of V.W. 1972 Beetle 1600 plug wires and use them instead .
You're going to have to cut and crimp whatever wire you wind up with anyway .
