ID Plate Rivets

Tech 1, What tool(s) do I have to use to install your door post ID plate rivets, part #33-106?

the vent rivet setting tool is the contraption that you are looking for it is part number 03-835 and it carries a cost of a whopping three dollars and nintey-nine cents hope this is what you were looking to find out.:+

Sorry about this stupid question but how are the rivets installed with the tool?

set the tool on the thin end and give it a good smack with a hammer until the rivet seats all the way down it may be nessacary to hold it from the backside.

Sorry to be so thick, on a 1954 1/2 ton truck how do you hold the rivet on the backside (I think that area is enclosed)?

The 1949 and 1954 should be close to the same design. How do you hold the rivet from the back side?
