Input needed '48 cowl patch panel

I was wondering if anyone had ever installed the CD deluxe outer cowl patch panels. How was the quality regarding gauge and fit?

They are made of 18 gage steel, and I'll let somebody else tell you about the fit,since I do sell the parts.
