The wireing would most not work, unless you change the fusebox. Or trace the wireing from a 84-87 column that has the wireing for the column. Rewire the column to what ever yr your working with. ( has the wiper switch on the side of the column ) high beam on there to. The 73 -83 have the wiper switch on the dash. If you want to do this & hidde the switch holeYou need the 84-87 instrument Bezel, then you have to move up the head light switch a little on the metal backer. You will find the different there. So yes you can, but there is work to be done to make it work right or work. But as a drict bolt on no it not.
