Instrument panel removal and im looking for some help

I have a 58 Chev Apache truck and im having a hard time removing my instrument panel. It doesn't seem to want to come loose after removing the 3 screws. The panel will not move at all. Is there a secret to removing instrument panels from the dash? Thanks for any help.
