MOST PEOPLE DISAGREE WITH ME FOR CHOOSING THIS COLOR, BUT IM TRYING TO KEEP THIS TRUCK AS TRADITIONAL AS I CAN WITH THE OL SKOOL HOTRODDING WAYS SO ILL BE PAINTING IT A FLAT BLACK. ITS ACTUALLY CALLED SUEDE BLACK WICH IS AS CLOSE TO FLAT BLACK AS YOU CAN GO IN PAINT. MY BUDDY DAN WILL DO SOME PEN STRIPING ON THE HOOD AS WELL AS A LADY LUCK MURAL ON THE TAILGATE THAT IVE PANELED FLUSH. IVE ONLY SHAVED THE ANTENNA AND THE BEDS FENCE POSTS AND I WILL KEEP THE REST OF THE CHROME ON. I WILL ALSO POLISH THE CUSTOM CAB TRIM THAT GOES BETWEEN THE REAR OF THE DOOR AND THE BACK OF THE CAB.

It's going, just doing a little at a time. Trying to figure what power steering box to use for my 61 4x4. I guess a newer one off of the chevy 4x4s, meaning anywhere from 73 - 87? I'll figure it out soon enough. 62 short step
