Hi everybody, I just thought that I should get back into this forum thing to keep my interest in my truck. After some discouraging times, I was inclined to sell my truck and buy a '46 international some neighbor had for sale(It's okay, the thing had a 400 SBC in it). Don't worry though, I still have my truck, and it even has some new parts. Somehow between graduation, neck surgery, quitting my job, enrolling in college and rewriring my friend's truck I found time to work on the rusty hulk in my garage. The truck just got a hood from a '61, the grill from the same '61, a new driver's side door, new brakes and a Griffin cross-flow radiator. All of these things are really just the result of some h-a-r-d work over the past few months. The hood has over 70 hours of work in it, and the door has about 25. The grill was perfectly straight, but missing the headlight bezels and script insert. I had to put in the new radiator because my old one was the tall tank version from a '66 GMC and wouldn't let the new hood close because it was too tall. OOOoooooohh, I'm tired! I look forward to being back, but in the meantime there is no rest for the wicked. --TrustyRusty :7 Russell Keyes
