kick panels

i have a 85 2wd 1/2 ton. i need to replace the floorboards and they r rusted up to the kick panels and the kick panels r rusted up about 1 to 2 inches. is there a place that sells replaceable kick panels or do i need to make them on my own and replace them that way.

I have never seen a place that sells them but if you find a place let me know cause I need to do the same with a '68 I'am getting this weekend.Karl
