    Hi all,
I'm going to hone my kingpin bushings today. What should be the clearance tolerance for the seating of the kingpins in their bushings? Should I be able to pushing it in with my hand or needing to tool force it into the bushing. I'm guessing the latter would be too tight to get the grease to properly circulate, but I don't want the clearance to be too loose and cause premature wear either. Also, the end caps are dome shaped. Logic says to face the curve of it downward rather than upward. The old ones were completely flat, so maybe I should hammer until flattened? Hopefully I wont have to do this again for along time.
    Thanks in Advance:)
