    Have a buyer for the 54 coming tomorrow morning if all goes according to plan. Nice to know he's built several AD's and it's in good hands. Down the road maybe I can try again when I have time and hearing! ;) I plan on hanging around to watch your builds and taking notes... Here's a pic of how she looks getting ready to load up in the morning..

    Truck left this morning as set. Going to a really nice guy and by the pic's of his 56 Chevy sedan....... can only wait, know it will be awsome! I'll be hanging around and checking in this site is real positive and fun to see how some of your projects turn out. Take care all and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

    Where did my '53 go?

    Here's a photo of my '53 chassis ready for sandblasting and powder coating. I spent the weekend stripping it. I was really please with the condition. The bolts still showed most of the original plating--even the black phosphate.

    Was the frame originally a semi gloss black?

    Frame Color

    No , they were originally glossy black , not overly high gloss but glossy none the less .
