lost post

Hi,

I posted something in my thread (or tried to) like 8 hrs ago with some pics.
and got the message that a moderator has to check my post.
Is this always when I post pics?
Does it take that long to see my post or did I do anything wrong and my post got lost?
Just need to know if I have to write all again....
