86 chevy 350...i havealways had great oil pressure,it would always b tacked..i think i have a leak on my oil sending unit..now that would make my oil pressure read less wouldent it?? sumtimes i can flick my oil pressure guage adn it will go back up. so idk maybe u guys can help me out.
The gauge would only read low if you had a major oil leak on the sending unit...if it is just sweating than no.....as for when you flick the gauge....is it the stock gauge? than yes it is the gauge most likely...replace the gauge and sending unit and check all the connections.
