I JUST LOWERED MY 66 4" IN THE FRONT AND 6" IN THE REAR. YOU CAN GET THE PANHARD CONVERSION FROM EARLY CLASSIC LIKE DVALINTINE WAS SAYING. WHAT YOUR DOING IS USING THE STOCK MOUNT ON THE DRIVER SIDE, ELLIMINATING THE MOUNT ON THE AXLE, AND ADDING A NEW MOUNT ON THE PASSINGER SIDE TRAILING ARM THAT MOUNTS RIGHT IN THE U BOLT. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN LOWERING IS YOU CHANGE THE ANGLE OF THE PAN HARD BAR, SO WHEN THE SUSPENSION COMPRESSES IT DOESNT HOLD THE AXLE SQUARE. BY USING THIS KIT YOU ARE LENGTHING THE PANHARD BAR WHICH CHANGES YOUR ANGLE AND KEEPS YOUR AXLE IN LINE. YOULL NEED TO ADJUST THE BAR ON THE GROUND AT THE NEW RIDE STANCE. GOOD LUCK
