    Hi,

I have a 65 Gmc 1/2 ton and I want to lower it 2.5" (using spindles for the front) and 4" (using coils for the rear) than it is now. Now heres the problem. i went to the early classics website and looked at their stance photos to see how low my truck would be, but i noticed that my stock truck looks like the picture of the truck that has been dropped 2.5" and 4". My truck has never looked like the stock truck in the pictures and has never been lowered. So, does this mean that i need to buy the 4" and 6" drop kit in order to get it to look the way i want??? I dont want to end up buying the 2.5, 4 kit and discover that my truck is no lower than before.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi Adam,

If you use Early Classic it will come out exactly as the stance photos show.

Your's may "look" like the photos now, but who knows what your truck has beeen through in the last 30 years. Your springs could already have had it, and the ride and handling are no where near where it should be. Rebuild that front end and go with reputible suppliers like ChevyDuty and Early Classic. You will not go wrong. It is money well spent.
